設施：特別老舊，感覺這裡層高有一點低，所以整體給人一種特別壓抑的感覺，每個房間間隔的也特別近，樓道里麪就有一種很壓抑的感覺，整體樓道也特別黑
衞生：有點一般，當天住的時候床上還有血跡，實在是因為太累了懶得換，就隨便躺在上面對付了一下
環境：不是特別好，整個房間裏面都有一股怪味，而且房間有一點點的小
服務：前台工作人員的服務還是挺好的，對酒店的服務人員的工作沒有異議，就是衞生情況簡直太不好了

前台很熱情，解決問題能力很強，維也納的床被很舒服，多次外出都會優先考慮維也納酒店入住了，連鎖酒店統一管理服務好些
